as far as tuner techs go, none is more popular than genex ally birdman. allowing you to bounce a monster to special summon. you can easily go into a synchro play. This, in my opinion gives bird man extreme versatility and usefulness as a filler monster
my personal overall rating: 8/10 its an interesting option for allot of decks

Definitely Agree!
Its a great tuner when synching with Reborn Tengu. Bounce Tengu to hand, special summon birdman. Special summon another tengu...Normal summon the tengu in hand! PURE SHENANIGANS!!

birdman is good no doubt and he is searchable with genex neutron.
