For any one wanting help on rulings you can PM me when ever, however being a judge doesn't mean i know every little thing about every single card. so cut me a break.

Passing the test doesnt automatically make you a judge. its just the first step

Im actually very interested in Becoming a judge, just for the knowledge, and to make myself a Better Yugioh player. What exactly are the steps I need to take in order to become a Full Fledged Judge?

you need a COSSY ID which you can get by going to any official card shop, or regionals/ YCS event thing

when u take the test u need to get at least 80%, its a free tests that you can take as many times as you want.
upon completion you need to wait for an email from the judge director julia.
